Welcome to Quantum Vietnam Network (QVN), a platform dedicated to connecting the quantum computing community in Vietnam, fostering knowledge sharing, and advancing research and policy development. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QVN’s website, application, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using QVN’s Services, you agree to:

QVN aims to:
